However, with the size of that place, I know that's a huge favor to ask. Even if it was within 2 hours, I would go more often.
I've seen a few at Korean spas that are only large enough for one person, but these can easily sleep 2 or 3. It was right in front of my face the whole time and Omy! When I say that the infrared sleep cave was amazing! More authentic than the authentic. I finally found the sleep room after a few visits. I believe there's even a sign that says so? Which reminds me. People who love it, consider it a guarantee of relaxation. In today's celebrity if followed society, not everyone can grasp it and it's fine. The majority of people aren't there for dramatic episodes. Any disturbance is a disturbance to other guests. It is going to be a halcyon atmosphere or else dangit!. Another thing I like about Jeju is their dedication to their environment. I will say I actually went for a 2nd round. However, It was very soothing also to say the least. The hip bath was a feeling that I didn't anticipate. I really wanted to go 2 rounds with that, but I realized I would need to reflect on it 1st. Once again I'm thinking, had I really ever had a foot massage? Whoa. The reflexology is soothing but definitely more in depth than I ever imagined. The body scrub will definitely make you feel as if you had no idea what you were doing all these years. Like they say in baseball, "Safe!!!" So far I've had every service with the exception of nails and accupressure. If I had been there for the quarantine, that would have been great. Spending days just detoxing was all I could think of.
When I say that place is both calming and addictive! It was the 1st place I thought to go with the threat of a virus. I've even checked out of my hotel in the middle of the night thinking of which sauna I could be in and drove the 30 miles to get there at 2am. Depending on the length of my stay & reason for the visit. When making my plan to travel, I sometimes find myself considering Jeju, relatives or hotel(In that order). Jeju is one of the best places to detox in the entire city. So if you have problems with nudity or being in an environment where other people are nude, I would recommend a more Westernized place. I must say that the experience is better each time. Their number is 67 and their website is. The company or spa in question is JeJu Spa. I gave all of my contact information and have yet to hear anything back from the company. I wanted to talk about what happened with the discrimination against us that provoked everything that came afterward. I apologized for any exchanges that they felt were unacceptable on my associate’s behalf, but more than anything, I wanted to talk about the root of the problem. I reached out to the company a week after the incident, to try to resolve the matter with them by sending an email using their website. We were only served with a request to leave based on the perception and “word” of someone else, and after the exchanges with my associate, we were banned. No explanation of the to-do’s and not-to-do’s since it was my first time in a spa. But these things happened in response to the discriminatory act of requesting that we leave because we were gay. There were some exchanges between the other customer, employees, and my associate that I was neither apart of nor condoned. The police were called and the owner requested that we be banned from ever returning to the venue. My associate became irate, and there was a response, by him, that proceeded the request to have us leave. The security guard entered the room and immediately requested that we leave. He began to berate us and proceeded to grab the security guard to tell him what he thought he witnessed. The hug that I gave this associate wasn’t sexual at all, but I’m assuming that because we were nude, and assumably “gay” that the other customer took the hug as a sexual advance of interest. I assume that our mannerisms helped another customer to conclude this fact as well. We talked for a bit about some of the things that I had been depressed about, and I gave this associate a hug in appreciation for acknowledgment of my feelings and showing concern and aide when I needed it, that night. We undressed, and the first area that we decided to try out was the hot tub area of the spa. We arrived, paid the entrance fee, and entered the facility on the men’s side of the spa. I was feeling a little depressed and I needed a pick-me-up, so I agreed to try it out. He had recommended we go there since I had never been to a Spa before in Atlanta.
On November 14th, 2020, an associate and I chose to try Jeju Spa.
